 The Curious Cloud’s Big Dream

Once upon a time, in the bright blue sky above a peaceful valley, lived a small, puffy cloud named Coco. Unlike the other clouds that drifted lazily with the wind, Coco had big dreams. He wanted to touch a rainbow and dance with butterflies. Every time it rained and the rainbow appeared, Coco would zoom towards it, only to find it disappearing before he got close.

“Why can’t I reach it?” he huffed. “Maybe I need to be faster!”

So, he practiced zooming through the sky, circling mountains, and twirling through the trees. But no matter how fast he went, the rainbow always stayed just out of reach.

Meeting the Butterfly Queen

One sunny morning, after a light drizzle, a glorious rainbow painted the sky. Coco dashed toward it again—but this time, he heard a giggle. A sparkling butterfly with wings of gold and blue fluttered beside him.

“Hello, little cloud,” she said. “I’m Bella, the Butterfly Queen. You’ve been chasing that rainbow for a long time.”

“Yes!” Coco puffed. “I want to touch it and dance on it! It’s so beautiful.”

Bella chuckled kindly. “Rainbows are made of light and mist. You can’t hold them—but you can be part of them!”

Coco blinked. “What do you mean?”

“Well,” Bella twirled in the air, “If you shine from the inside, you’ll sparkle in the rainbow’s light. That’s how dreams work—you don’t always catch them, but you can become them.”

A Sky Full of Surprises

Coco felt inspired. He decided to stop chasing and start shining. He asked the sun for help, and the sun gave him a warm golden glow. He played in the rain and shared raindrops with flowers below. The flowers smiled, and so did the rainbow above.

Soon, butterflies flew to Coco’s side. “You’re glowing!” they said. “Can we dance with you?”

Coco twirled and laughed. The Butterfly Queen returned with her whole fluttery court. Together, they danced in circles around the rainbow, and something magical happened—Coco’s own mist reflected the colors of the rainbow!

“I didn’t catch it,” he whispered, “but I became part of it!”

From that day on, whenever a rainbow appeared, kids on the ground would spot a happy cloud dancing with butterflies inside it. They’d laugh and wave, and Coco would puff back a hello.

Coco learned that chasing dreams was fun, but becoming part of your dream—by sharing joy and light—was even better. And though he never grabbed the rainbow, he became the most colorful, joyful cloud in the sky.
